Harbour Views: Dubai Creek Harbour

Harbour Views will be two stunning residential towers in the heart of Dubai. They join Dubai Creek residences and Creekside 18 to make up Dubai Creek Harbour, located among the greenery in Gallery Park. Ideally placed, the two-towers offer spectacular views of the marina, Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai.

Prior to completion, units are expected to sell out, which will only add to Dubai’s rising property values, and these will be in the district’s most sought after address.

Both towers will boast over 750 one, two and three bedroom apartments along with two penthouses. Additionally, there are 14 two-storey villas with a dedicated entrance, stairway and parking.

Buyers can choose units up to the 51st floor. These luxury units have direct access to the pool and exclusive podium amenities.

With its superb location, all Harbour Views residents have easy access to local amenities, along with unspoilt views of the spectacular marina.

Developers Emaar Properties describes Harbour Views as, “timeless and classic in its expression”. This is highlighted with the use of light colour materials and glass. The idea being that the structures complement the rest of the marina and the surrounding area.

Light and space is maximised by utilising space and light within the units. Apartments are clad in cream tiles throughout.  Neutral colours, which are easy to paint over if you, the buyer, choose to decorate yourself, cover the walls.

The kitchens and bathrooms continue with neutral tones and house marble countertops, large mirrors and quality fixtures and fittings.

Thanks to precise planning, Harbour Views will be more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly than Dubai’s older developments.

About Dubai Creek Harbour

Emaar are selling the units on affordability and the environmentally-friendliness of the project. Dubai Creek Harbour is a city being built with future generations in mind, and as Dubai’s population swells that can only be a good thing.

Development in Dubai is showing no signs of slowing down, especially with the 2020 World Expo creeping up. Dubai Creek Harbour will be a landmark, eco-friendly, development.

Emaar’s focus on creating a long-standing community means apartments are aimed at families looking to experience Dubai for the long-term.

To further increase its desirability, Dubai Creek Harbour will utilise links to rivers and oceans with waterfront units. The project will be close to Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, which is to be expanded with a new visitor centre. This’ll cater for the increase in numbers as residents being living at Dubai Creek Harbour. The Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is a biologically diverse wetland reserve and home to over 67 species of water birds.

Local parks link Emaar’s master development, differentiating Harbour Views  from other resident buildings in Dubai.

New Icon

The Tower, the focal point of the project will, well, tower, above Dubai’s over skyscrapers.

The Tower will also be ‘a notch’ higher than the Burj Khalifa, currently the world’s tallest building. Due to it’s unique design, The Tower, won’t actually take the title away from the Burj as technically it’ll be classed as a structure, not a building.

Either way it’ll keep the world talking about Dubai, especially with Suadi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower, snapping at the Burj Khalifa’s tallest building record.

History

Harbour Views residences went on sale in January 2016 with an international sales launch.

Of the three sets of buildings in Dubai Creek Harbour, these two-towers will be the highest, so the views will be unspoilt. In addition, the Creek Boardwalk allows residents easy access to amenities, events, galleries and an impressive array of water features.

Amazingly, Dubai Creek Harbour will be three times the size of Downtown Dubai, which emphasises the sheer size of Dubai’s growth over the next few years.

A stunning yacht club, marina, hotels and high-end retail outlets will also be part of the master development. It’ll also be in close proximity to the ever-expanding Dubai International Airport.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director of Emaar Properties, said: “Harbour Views is among the most prestigious residential projects in Dubai Creek Harbour, which underlines our commitment to develop next generation smart neighbourhoods.

“As the tallest residential project in the Island District, it stands apart with its unbeatable views and central location. Celebrating the marina lifestyle.

“Harbour Views homes are ideal for connoisseurs who cherish a relaxed way of life in the heart of the city with all modern amenities in walking distance.”
